Issues and Opportunities Report

The Issues and Opportunities Report is designed to focus the community's attention on key citywide issues and opportunities that have major policy implications as West Sacramento considers how to accommodate growth up to the year 2030. The Issues and Opportunities Report summarizes and proactively uses information and input collected during the first year of the General Plan Update. The Issues and Opportunities Report is tended to stimulate discussion and lead to confirmation and selection of courses of action to be reflected in the Alternatives Report and General Plan.

Out-of-Town Worker Survey

As part of the Update effort, the City wants to focus on the day-time population and learn more about people who work in West Sacramento, but live outside of the city limits. We would like for out-of-town workers to share with us their views about West Sacramento. We feel that this information will be useful in not only meeting your day-time needs, but also learning about what factors are involved in choosing a place to live.

If you work in West Sacramento but live outside the city limits, please fill out this survey. The survey is short and should take less than five minutes to complete.
